The parade is slated to step off at 1:30 p.m. from Moses Y Beach, proceed along a two-mile route on Center Street and South Elm Street, and end at Lyman Hall High School.

The total time is estimated at four hours, the newsletter said. Shuttle buses are in the works from several locations on the east and west sides of town.

The parade is expected to feature local and regional marching bands, fife and drum corps, floats, entertainers, civic groups, businesses, antique cars and military groups.
